Goal: Is the reality of a future trapped down on a paper with specific steps to achieve it within a time bound. Goals are specific and measurable. Missions are statements of intent.
PRODUCTIVITY GOAL SETTING APPROACH
· List out activity that you must do to attain the goal that you have on your lists.
· Now on other pieces of paper titled” things to-do list” identify from the activities you just listed, the ones that you must do tomorrow to move you towards the goals.
· Daily rewrites your list of” things to-do” after first reviewing your desired goals.
10 IMPORTANT RULES FOR GOAL SETTING
1. Work on something you really want, not just something that sounds good.
2. Develop a balanced goal. I.e. family and home, financial and career, spiritual and ethical, physical and health, social and culture, mental and educational.
3. A goal must not contradict any of your other goals.
4. Always write your goal in the positive instead of negative
5. Write out your goals in complete details
6. Make sure your goal is challenging.
7. Have a measurable goal (intermediate milestones).
8. Make an action plan.
9. Stick to it.
10. After you have achieved a goal, celebrate it and reward yourself.

· Be on the lookout for relationship and knowledge that can move you closer to your goal daily.
· Take action (don’t be afraid to fail but be flexible in your approach.
· If you follow this process every day, you will be on your way to achieving unlimited success in every aspect of your life.
